 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. LADY KILLED BY HEAVY RAINFALL IN ONITSHA,ANAMBRA STATE.{GRAPHIC PHOTOS}.

      A heavy rainfall which occurred on Thursday in Onitsha area of Anambra State has led to the untimely death of a young lady.
Report has it that the deceased was swept away by the heavy rain and her corpse was later found by a rescue team .
The residents are blaming the government for the bad road at Ochanja area where the incident occurred as they say it has done more harm than good to the people of Onitsha since the last 10 years.
The residents are calling on the Anambra state government to come and save them from dilapidated roads.One more photo below.
