 Teen found dead under bed on cruise ship while sharing room with stepbrother, report says Anna Kepner, an 18-year-old Florida cheerleader, was found asphyxiated under a bed on the Carnival Horizon cruise ship on Nov. 7 while sharing a room with her stepbrother, according to court documents filed in a separate legal case. Kepner was on vacation with her family when the incident occurred, and the ship returned to PortMiami the following day. Authorities, including the FBI Miami, are investigating her death. Documents in Brevard County, Florida, indicate that Kepner’s stepmother, Shauntel Hudson, took her children on the cruise without the consent of their father and allegedly failed to properly supervise her son, identified by the initials T.H. The filing states that T.H. and Kepner shared a room, and that the actions of the unsupervised stepbrother are under FBI investigation. READ THE OUTCOME OF THE NJC EMERGENCY MEETING TODAY ON JUSTICE ONNOGHEN & JUSTICE MUHAMMAD.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

       The National Judicial Council held an Emergency Meeting today and considered four (4} petitions filed at its Secretariat.The Petitions are:
1. Petition against Hon. Mr. Justice W.S.N. Onnoghen,GCON by Zikhrillahi Ibrahim of Resource Centre for Human Rights & Civil Education;
2. Petition against Hon. Mr. Justice Ib rahim Tanko Muhammad,CFR by Centre for Justice and Peace Initiative.
3. Petition against Hon.Mr Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad,CFR by Olisa Agbakoba,SAN,OON; and
4. Petition against Hon. Danladi Yakubu Umar,Chairman,Code of Conduct Tribunal by Centre for Justice and Peace Initiative.
Council referred the petition against Hon, Daladi Yakubu Umar to the Federal Judicial Service Commission {FJSC} which is the appropriate constitutional body empowered to deal with it.In line with its procedure,Council also forwarded the petitions against Hon. Justices W.S.N. Onnoghen,GCON and I. T. Muhammad,CFR to them for their responses.
In view of the gravity of the matters involved,Council abridged the usual response period from fourteen {14} to seven {7} working days for the Hon. Justices to respond.Hon. Mr Justice W.S.N. Onnoghen,GCON and Hon. Mr. Justice I.TA. Muhammad,CFR rescused themselves from the meeting. Consequently,Council elected Hon. Justice Umaru Abdullahi,CON,former President of the Court of Appeal as Interim Chairman to preside over the meeting
Council will reconvene on the 11th February,2019.

    However, the credibility to the claims comes via some dark and blurry photos.
