 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity. THE DJ, WHO COMMITTED SUICIDE ON THE 2ND OF JAN.2019,WAS LAID TO REST YESTERDAY.{PHOTOS}.

    D.J  Omogaji aka Xgee,who took his own life on the 2nd of January 2019,was laid to rest yesterday at the Ikoyi Cemetery.The late Seun Omogaji was buried in a white casket, and dressed in white outfit, as his family followed through with all his wishes for his funeral, in his alleged Instagram suicide post he put up Yesterday.
The man who was one time an under study DJ to DJ Jimmy Jatt, committed suicide moments after leaving a suicide note on Instagram on Wednesday, January 2nd 2019, and has since been laid to rest.He is survived by his wife of five years and they are blessed with two children.This was his suicide note on Instagram, and what he wanted:“Okay there is a twist to this last respect ppl give to their loved ones when gone ….. Black as signs of sadness ..but in my case please Rock WHITE Cos i love this colour so much . to all have made smiled and to those i have pissed off trust me im only being Human. Enikorewa i love u so much , Eriayo u name sums it all up u are truly d reason for my Joy . Omobolanle ajoke u know i care ..  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
