 TROOPS ARREST SUSPECTED KIDNAPPER, RECOVER AK-47 RIFLE ALONG BENIN–SAPELE ROAD Troops of 4 Brigade Nigerian Army, Operation WABAIZIGAN, have arrested a suspected kidnapper and recovered an AK-47 rifle and ammunition during a targeted operation along the Benin–Sapele Road in Ikpoba-Okha LGA of Edo State. The suspect, identified as Olamide Oyeniyi, was arrested on 12 September 2026 at Obaretin Community by troops conducting operations to disrupt criminal activities and safeguard major transportation routes within the area. Items recovered from the suspect include one AK-47 rifle, one magazine and eight rounds of 7.62mm Special ammunition. Other items recovered are one Tecno mobile phone, two bags, one torchlight, one music box and assorted charms. LADY STABBED TO DEATH YESTERDAY DURING EARLY MORNING EXERCISE IN ANAMBRA.{GRAPHIC PHOTOS}.

      Friends and family have been left heartbroken over to the death of a lady simply identified as Oluchi.
It was gathered that the deceased, a popular makeup artist – was stabbed to death yesterday during an early morning exercise/jogging in Awka, Anambra state capital.
Though the main reason for the attack on the beautiful lady is yet to be determined, but it was revealed that she passed away instantly after being stabbed. Her corpse has been deposited at the mortuary.
A Facebook user Chibuike Igwe posted;
What a wicked world. Can you believe she is no more. The pictures attached to this post is my friend, a smart hard working lady with great sense of humor ..She was stabbed to death while doing early morning exercise. The persons/people that did this to you will know no peace forever. # Blackmonday . Am still shocked after confirming you are no more. RIP OLUCHI…More photos below.
