 A 13-year-old Alabama boy sent his father to jail with something to remember him by after catching him strangling his mom. According to the Baldwin, Alabama County Sheriff's Office, on Monday March 10th, deputies were called to a home in Foley to the report of a possible DV situation.  Upon their arrival, deputies discovered Daniel Hernandez-Lopez, suffering from significant facial injuries.  Hernadez-Lopez's 13-year-old son was also on scene. The young boy's account of the evening would lead to the arrest of Daniel Hernandez-Lopez.  According to the boy, Hernadez-Lopez had become heavily intoxicated over the course of the day.
