 Guinea-Bissau stops vaccine study funded by Trump administration Guinea-Bissau's foreign minister has said his government has stopped a study funded by the Trump administration aiming to evaluate side effects of the life-saving hepatitis B vaccine, including any links to autism. The West African country, one of the region's poorest, has high rates of hepatitis B, and the prospective study had drawn an outcry from scientists and international health bodies because only half the newborns in the trial would get the vaccine at birth. World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus said it was not ethical. Guinea-Bissau last month suspended the trial pending an ethical review. Critics had said it was being used to test theories linking vaccines to autism, long promoted by U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr but contradicted by scientific evidence. A ROTTWEILER ATE A BOY TO DEATH IN PORT-HARCOURT.{PHOTOS}.

    What u are seeing covered with a pink-purple cloth  in the picture below is the remains of a little boy who went to school March 7th at Tessy road in Rumuagholu off Rumuokoro area in Port Harcourt and was bitten to death by a Rottweiler dog. The gate man of the house where the dog lived, opened the gate for the dog and Rottweiler ran straight to a school ( though not fenced) owned by Assemblies of God church, and ate up a pupil of the school then pounced on another child and ate up her buttocks before an angry Mopol man now shot the dog to death. The second victim is receiving treatment at Spring Rose Hospital along Rumuagholu road. The gate man of the house has been arrested by the police.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
