 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS MINISTER OF STATE FOR PETROLEUM RESOURCES (GAS) AS CO-CHAIRMAN OF NCDMB GOVERNING COUNCIL In line with his avowed commitment to establish a more efficient, targeted, and consistent approval process for unique oil and gas projects in the country, President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr. Ekperikpe Ekpo, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), as the Co-Chairman of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). This is also to further ensure effective oversight of the gas aspect of the nation's assets. The President remains committed to unlocking Nigeria's immense gas potential to stimulate industrial development, job creation, and sustainable economic growth. GOV. AL-MAKURA ORDERS NSUK WATER TO BE SERVED AT ALL GOVERNMENT FUNCTIONS.{PHOTO}.

      The Visitor to Nasarawa State University, Keffi, His Excellency Umaru Tanko Al-Makura, has ordered that henceforth, NSUK Water should be served at all government functions and activities in the states.
Gov. Al-Makura gave the order when he received members of the University Governing Council and Management, who were in Lafia to congratulate him on the successes of the 2019 general elections in the state.
The Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Suleiman Bala Mohammed, who represented the Chairman of the Governing Council, Prof. Adamu Baikie, during his speech presented the rebranded NSUK Water to the Visitor, informing him that the bottle water is ranked among the best in the country.
The governor expressed delight in the fact that the University is progressing in the right direction, noting especially the successes recorded by the Prof. Suleiman's led management.
He said the table water venture will afford the University of alternative source of revenue, different from the statutory sources.
Gov. Al-Makura instantly instructed the Secretary to the State Government, to ensure that NSUK bottle water is served at all government functions in the state.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
