 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.      A young man has been spotted in a video beating up his ex-girlfriend in her lecture hall, while also asking for refund of her school fees he paid.
According to multiple online reports, the incident happened yesterday, 22nd of March 2019 at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.
The story making rounds on social media has it that the lady identified as Jane was publicly beaten up and disgraced by her boyfriend after she allegedly dumped him.
The boyfriend is said to have paid for Jane’s School fees, and not long Jane dumped him for another person.
This made the unidentified boyfriend furious, and he apparently, went to her class to demand for ‘his money’ angrily.
