Anambra LG Commissioner Warns Against Politicising Town Union Offices, Urges Focus on Development By Chisom Okpala The Anambra State Commissioner for Local Government and Community Affairs, Barr. Vin Ezeaka, has cautioned individuals who perceive the positions of President-General and Town Union Executive as political offices to desist from such notions. He advised that these institutions should remain dedicated to community development and the collective interests of the people. Barr. Ezeaka made this admonition on Friday, June 5, while receiving the Ugbenu Town Union Executive in his office at the Old Government House, Awka. He warned that such a mindset would foster discord and division rather than promote peace and order within society.
