The 2019 MET Gala is set to hold next month the 6th of May and the theme for the fashion event is ''CAMP- NOTES ON FASHION''.I can tell you for free a-lot of guest for this event will wear boots and ladies will wear boots with gown .Then the men,a lot of them will wear hats to give it that camp look, some women too might wear crazy classic hats and capes too like Red-Ridinghood. I will not be surprise if someone wears newspaper print either inform of a gown or suit.Designers this year need to be very creative. From my findings the theme was inspired by Susan Sontag 1964 essay that defines camp as ''love of the un-natural: of artifice and exaggeration''.More photos below that might have been worn by celebrities that is meant for this theme.
