 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. GOV. ORTOM APPRECIATES PARADE MOUNTED IN HIS HONOUR TODAY.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     Governor Samuel Ortom has appreciated the security agencies for the impressive parade mounted in his honour as part of activities lined up for his inauguration today at the IBB Square Makurdi.
The Governor who stated this after inspecting the parade commended the Nigerian Police for being professional in their conduct even when the state was confronted with security challenges.
He also commended sister security agencies for their enormous contributions to the restoration of peace in the state, saying they had done their best in combating criminality and killings in the Food Basket State.
He sympathized with families of fallen heroes who died in the course of defending the state, even as he ordered for the observation of a one minute silence in their honour.
The Governor also prayed God to grant the fallen heroes eternal rest.More photos below.
