 South Korean police seek arrest warrant for Hybe chairman Bang Si-Hyuk over alleged $100 million investor fraud scheme    South Korean police are seeking an arrest warrant for Bang Si-Hyuk, the billionaire music executive behind K-pop powerhouse Hybe and BTS, as part of an expanding investigation into allegations that he improperly benefited from an investor scheme involving more than $100 million. Authorities said they have asked prosecutors to pursue a court warrant for Bang’s arrest as they continue probing claims that he misled investors in 2019. Investigators allege he told investors that Hybe had no plans for an initial public offering, leading them to sell shares to a private equity fund. The company later went public, and police suspect a separate arrangement may have resulted in Bang receiving a substantial payout tied to post-IPO stock profits.     Governor Samuel Ortom deeply commiserates with the Board, Management, staff and players of Lobi Stars Football Club, over the death of their Technical Adviser, Coach Solomon Ogbeide who died on Monday, 20th May, 2019 in Makurdi.
The Governor describes the death of coach Ogbeide as a painful loss not only to his family and Lobi Stars, but also to the entire state and country at large.
He says coach Ogbeide's time as Lobi Stars' Technical Adviser brought several success stories to the state among which are the club's emergence as winners of last season's Nigerian Premier League and its qualification for the group stage of the 2018/2019 CAF Champions League.
Governor Ortom says the late football tactician was a humble and hardworking man whose commitment and selfless disposition will be greatly missed by his players and thousands of fans of the club.
The Governor sends condolences to the government and people of Edo, the home state of late coach Ogbeide. He prays God to grant the deceased eternal rest and his family the strength to bear the loss.
