 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Image result for ike ekweremadu and omo agege  After declaring Senator Ahmed Lawan as the new Senate President for the 9th National Assembly today 11th of June 2019,the nomination and votes for the Deputy Senate President began almost immediatly.Senator Omo-Agege and Senator Ike Ekweremadu was nominated.During Senator Ekweremadu's speech before the election,he reminded the house of Senator Omo-Agege's attitude towards the 8th Assembly when he stormed the National Assembly under Senator Saraki,with some men and took the Mace was that a low blow if Senator Omo-Agege have apologised for that?..Ekweremadu scored 37 and Omo-Agege scored 68.Congratulation.105 Senators voted.
