 Legendary actor Manoj Kumar dies at 87: ‘Roti Kapada Aur Makaan’ director breathes his last in Mumbai Manoj Kumar, the Bollywood actor and filmmaker, renowned for his patriotic films, passed away at the age of 87 at Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. The cause of his death was identified as cardiogenic shock due to acute myocardial infarction, according to medical reports. The medical reports confirmed that apart from a severe heart attack that took away his life, Manoj had been battling decompensated liver cirrhosis for the past few months, ANI reported. Following deteriorating health condition, he was admitted to the hospital on February 21, 2025. Popularly known as ‘Bharat Kumar,’ Manoj Kumar was an exceptional director and actor who was honoured with National Film Award. A JOURNALIST SLUMPED AND DIED WHILE DANCING AT A SCHOOL REUNION PARTY IN EDO STATE.{PHOTOS}.

     Pandemonium broke at the St Maria Goretti Reunion Party in Edo State last Friday July 12th when journalist, Osarugue Eunice Egbobawaye, who was at the school's 60th anniversary party, slumped and died while dancing.

She was said to have been dancing in the school hall then slumped on a chair.

Eunice was said to be life of the party as she was proudly showing off her dance moves.

However after some minutes, people around her presumed it was tiredness while some noticed she was not moving nor responding to her name when she was called upon.

Doctors were alerted and checked her but no peripheral pulses were palpated.

She was then rushed to the hospital where she was certified dead on arrival.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
