Chukwuma Okpalauzuegbu Is Laid To Rest On Intended wedding Day  By Charity Ejiofor  A day that was meant to mark a joyful union has instead become one of deep sorrow for family, friends, and the Aguata community, following the sudden passing of Hon. Chukwuma Christopher Okpalauzuegbu, the councillor representating Amesi Ward. Hon. Okpalauzuegbu fondly known as Chuma, had been preparing to celebrate his wedding ceremony, an event filled with hope, promise and carefully laid plans. Loved ones, and sponsors, ready to stand beside him as he embark on a new chapter of life. In an unexpected and heart breaking turn of events, those dreams were cut short. GOV. IHEDIOHA GRANTS FULL ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP TO THE 2 BEST IMO STATE STUDENTS WHO CAME 1ST & 2ND IN WASSCE.{PHOTOS}.

      Emeka Ihedioha, governor of Imo state has awarded full academic scholarship to study in any university to the two best students from the state who came first and second in the 2019 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
The students are Stephany Chizobam Ugboaja and Favor Alozie, who both scored ‘A1’ in all subjects in the 2019 WASSCE.
The gesture of sponsoring the students in any university of their choice in the country by Imo State Government is a celebration of excellence and hard work.
Stephany and Favor’s recognition by the governor would serve as morale booster to Imo students and that will spur them to higher heights of achievements in years to come.
