 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision. Angrezi Medium marks the comeback of Irrfan Khan on the big screen, post the brief break that he took, as he was seeking treatment for neuroendocrine tumor.
The film also stars Radhika Madan, she will be seen playing Irrfan's daughter who, wishes to pursue higher studies in the UK.
Deepak Dobriyal and Manu Rishi play Irrfan's brother and cousin, respectively, in the film. The heartwarming tale is set in Rajasthan and chronicles bitter-sweet rivalry among sweet shop owners.
Angrezi Medium is the sequel to the 2017 hit film Hindi Medium, which starred Irrfan and Saba Qamar in the lead roles.The film is being produced by Dinesh Vijan.More photos below.
