My husband travelled from Lagos to attend his brother’s burial, which was on the 22nd of March. So, he left Lagos and on Thursday evening; he lodged in that hotel, the Century Hotel, in his hometown and we talked on Friday. On Saturday morning, he was the one who called me, and we talked for some time. We ended the call at about 7.35 am after he told me he wanted to prepare for the occasion.       Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles and her husband dashed a painting to a charity.This was made known by an Instagram user Felicia Horowitz who shared this photo few hours ago,with the caption ''Trayvon Martin, at the most, seems only to have been guilty of being himself. He needlessly lost his life because he happened to be a Black kid in a hoodie, at the wrong place at the wrong time. This art piece is literally made of Skittles - the item Trayvon purchased at the 7-Eleven the night he was sadly killed at the age of 17 .  Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
