 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. CATHOLIC PRIEST KILLED AND BURNT BY GUNMEN IN TAKUM TARABA STATE YESTERDAY.{PHOTOS}.

       The Catholic Priest in charge of St.Peters Catholic Church,Kufai Amadu,Takum LGA of Taraba state, Rev Fr David Tanko has been burnt to death by unknown Gunmen while on his way with other clergymen to the venue for final resolution of the Lingering Communal Crisis Between the Tivs and Jukuns.
The perpertrators of the dastardly act to have ambushed the priest and shot him severally before setting his corpse and car ablaze, as at the time of filing this report it was still unclear if it was armed robbery, kidnapping, or militia attack gone wrong.
