 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results. CATHOLIC PRIEST KILLED AND BURNT BY GUNMEN IN TAKUM TARABA STATE YESTERDAY.{PHOTOS}.

       The Catholic Priest in charge of St.Peters Catholic Church,Kufai Amadu,Takum LGA of Taraba state, Rev Fr David Tanko has been burnt to death by unknown Gunmen while on his way with other clergymen to the venue for final resolution of the Lingering Communal Crisis Between the Tivs and Jukuns.
The perpertrators of the dastardly act to have ambushed the priest and shot him severally before setting his corpse and car ablaze, as at the time of filing this report it was still unclear if it was armed robbery, kidnapping, or militia attack gone wrong.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
