 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

FIRE BROKE-OUT YESTERDAY AT SAM MBAKWE AIRPORT.{PHOTO}.

      Pandemonium broke out at the Sam Mbakwe Airport, Owerri in Imo state yesterday morning after the Central Air conditioner at the airport went up in flames. Eyewitnesses say there was an electricity surge that caused the AC to catch fire. The fire affected the bookings and other flight procedures as the surge affected the electricity supply in the airport.

The fire was immediately put out with the use of fire extinguishers. Recall that the airport also experienced a fire outbreak in April this year. Thank God no life was lost.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
