Two Florida men are facing charges after leaving a vest on their dog for so long that it had to be surgically removed. The victim, in this case, is a small dog named 'Teddy', who was adopted in September of 2025 . At that time, Teddy was placed in his "Forever Home" when Michael Borowski, and Nestor Guanzon adopted the lovable pup.
