 New Head of Service Urges Anambra Civil Servants to Embrace Efficiency and Accountability ‎ ‎By Chizoba Njaka  ‎ ‎The newly appointed Head of Service in Anambra State, Ngozi Anuli Iwouno, has called on civil servants to shift towards efficiency and accountability, promising improvements in welfare.  ‎ ‎Addressing staff at the Jerome Udoji Secretariat Complex in Awka, Iwouno outlined her vision for a professional, merit-based, and citizen-centered service that aligns with Governor Chukwuma Soludo's goals. ‎ ‎Iwouno emphasized that her mission is not just a statement, but a call to action, demanding sincerity and commitment from all workers. EFCC ARRESTS 11 SUSPECTED INTERNET FRAUDSTERS IN SAPELE,DELTA STATE.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

    It was end of the road for 11 suspected internet fraudsters as they were arrested at their hideout in an early morning raid in Sapele, Delta State on Saturday 14, 2019 by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Benin Zonal Office.
The surprise raid in the wee hours of the day which was based on intelligence took the suspects by surprise and later led to a mild protest by their sympathizes several hours after the EFCC team had left the city.
The suspects arrested are Omomua Victor, Demi Johnson, Agufure Godstime, Agboroko Precious, Anthony Omonomo, Onskharoma Julius and Freeborn Efe. Others are Akama Precious, Tagbajiemi Promise George Raphael and Stanley Agabiri
Items recovered from the suspects at the point of arrest include a lap top computer, a Mercedes-Benz car, computers, mobile Phones, flash drives and internet modems.
The suspects have made useful statements and will be charged to court as soon investigations are completed.More photos below.

 How Suspected Phone Snatchers Killed Army Lieutenant In Kaduna  An army officer identified as Lieutenant IM Abubakar has reportedly been hacked to death by a gang that specialises in phone snatching and other crimes. The deceased was killed in the Unguwan Sarki area of Kaduna metropolis during the week. A popular counter-insurgency expert and security analyst in Lake Chad, Zagazola Makama disclosed this in a Twitter post. Makama described Abubakar as a talented officer.  He said, “Lt IM Abubakar(Isa) A Young Talented Army Officer Was Killed By Phone Snatchers on His Way Home In Unguwan Sarki, Kaduna. May his soul rest in peace.”
