 Nigeria's Defence Minister Summons Service Chiefs Amid Surge in Attacks on Military Bases Nigeria's Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (Rtd), has urgently summoned the nation's top military leaders to a high-level meeting at the Ministry of Defence headquarters in Abuja. The session addresses the escalating attacks targeting military installations, particularly in the North East region. The meeting includes key figures such as: - Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede - Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Waidi Shaibu - Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke - Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Idi Abass - Representatives from the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) The summons comes in response to recent deadly assaults by terrorists on military bases in the North East.    On the 22nd of September at the African Beauty Summit Award,Oriental Hotels Victorial Island Lagos,Pink Republic blog won the award ''Beauty Blogger of The Year 2019''.I was not expecting to win because of other big time bloggers that was on the list of nominees with me but to God I give all the glory,my blog was declared the winner.Nigerian Musician Joel Amadi and Nollywood diva Linda Osifo received an award. The award was not limited to Nigerians only but other African countries were nominated,some that can't make it sent in their video of thanks because of distance.Coco Ice from Big Brother was looking very beautiful in her sugar-candy dress.More photos below.
