 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. PDP Congratulates Govs. Okowa, Ikpeazu On Tribunal Judgments
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) hails the upholding of the elections of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state by the governorship elections petition tribunals in the two states.
The party says the verdicts place as seal on the acceptance of the governors as demonstrated in their landslide victory at the March 2019 governorship elections in both states.
The PDP said the report of celebrations in the states at the breaking of the news of the verdict is a testimony that indeed justice was upheld in the rulings.
The party notes that just like other governors elected on the platform of the PDP, Governor Okowa and Governor Ikpeazu stand out in their commitments towards developing their states, particularly the massive infrastructural projects in key sectors including, manufacturing, agriculture, oil and gas, power, road infrastructure, education among others despite prevailing challenges.
The PDP urges the governors not to relent but continue in their commitment in delivering on their mandates for the good of all, in line with the manifesto of the PDP.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
