 Legendary actor Manoj Kumar dies at 87: ‘Roti Kapada Aur Makaan’ director breathes his last in Mumbai Manoj Kumar, the Bollywood actor and filmmaker, renowned for his patriotic films, passed away at the age of 87 at Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. The cause of his death was identified as cardiogenic shock due to acute myocardial infarction, according to medical reports. The medical reports confirmed that apart from a severe heart attack that took away his life, Manoj had been battling decompensated liver cirrhosis for the past few months, ANI reported. Following deteriorating health condition, he was admitted to the hospital on February 21, 2025. Popularly known as ‘Bharat Kumar,’ Manoj Kumar was an exceptional director and actor who was honoured with National Film Award. 39YEAR OLD MAN ARRESTED FOR STEALING A MONTH OLD BABY ON SATURDAY IN MOWE,OGUN STATE.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     Police in ogun state on 5th of October 2019 apprehended a 39 year old man Olakunle Agbaje for stealing a two month old baby at no 32 odukoya street Adesan in mowe area of obafemi owode local government.
The arrest of the suspect followed a distress call received by the police in mowe division headquarters that a woman Marufu Taiwo was sleeping in her room at Adesan area of mowe when the suspect who resides at no 13 Dennis street Arigbawonwo sneaked into her room and took the baby boy from her side. While the suspect was tiptoeing out of the room, the mother of the child woke up and raised alarm consequent upon which distress call was made to the police. On receiving the information,  the DPO Mowe division SP Marvis Jayeola quickly moved to the scene with his men where the suspect was promptly arrested.
On interrogation, the suspect who first claimed that he strayed into the woman's room unknowingly later started begging for mercy with the plea that he didn't know what pushed him to do what he did.
Meanwhile, the commissioner of police cp Bashir makama has ordered the immediate transfer of the suspect to state criminal investigation and intelligence department for further investigation.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
