 Aguiyi Orders Investigation into Trans Nkisi Mining Site Over Environmental Compliance By Amaka Isikala The Anambra State Commissioner for Environment, Dr. Clem Aguiyi, has ordered an investigation into the environmental compliance status of a mining site at Trans Nkisi, Onitsha, following concerns over extensive land degradation and its possible contribution to the growing gully erosion threatening the community. The directive followed an inspection visit to the site on August 1, during which the commissioner was accompanied by leaders of the Trans Nkisi community. The visit formed part of the ministry's ongoing assessment of environmentally sensitive locations across the state in line with Governor Chukwuma Soludo's Fifth Pillar of Development, Environment and Urban Regeneration. EFCC ARRESTS NINE FOR CYBER FRAUD TODAY AT ENUGU STATE.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

    The EFCC, Enugu Zonal Office on Friday October 18, 2019 arrested nine suspected cyber crime fraudsters at Mexmemphis Properties and Apartments, Maryland District, Enugu. The suspects, Precious Ibegbulem, Michael Odishi,Ebuka Kenneth, Akabuke Beluolisa, Chibueze Ezeagwu, Nnamdi Maduekwe, Kingsley Orazulike, Linda Chidera and Uche Nwosu were arrested following an intelligence report about their lifestyle and suspected criminal activities. On the strength of the information, the EFCC raided the home of the suspects and arrested them.More photos below.
