Spider-Man: No Way Home actress Mary Egida Rivera dies at 82 following stroke  Mary Egida Rivera, the actress who portrayed Ned’s grandmother Lola in “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” has died at the age of 82 in Honolulu. Rivera’s family said she suffered a stroke and was removed from life support in April. She was remembered as a retired church missionary and celebrated her role in the Marvel film, where she played the Filipino grandmother of Jacob Batalon’s character, Ned. She is survived by her husband, Alejandro Rivera; her children, Carmela Jones, Paul Rivera, Edwin Rivera, and Angela Kelly; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Rivera appeared in one of the film’s most memorable scenes alongside Tom Holland, Jacob Batalon, Zendaya, Andrew Garfield, and Tobey Maguire. Her role in “Spider-Man: No Way Home” became a highlight of the blockbuster film, which brought together multiple generations of Spider-Man characters.

EFCC STORMS 'YAHOO-BOYS' PARTY IN OSOGBO TODAY,ARRESTS 94 SUSPECTED INTERNET FRAUDSTERS.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

Image may contain: one or more people, people standing, outdoor and nature          Operatives of the EFCC, Ibadan zonal office, on Monday, October 14, 2019, raided a Osogbo-based nightclub notorious for hosting parties for suspected internet fraudsters.
The raid led to the arrest of 94 suspects and confiscation of 19 exotic cars, laptops, scores of sophisticated mobile phones and other items.
Popularly known as ‘Club Secret Underground’, the nightclub is located on the Ibadan-Iwo Expressway of the Osun State capital.
The wee-hour operation was sequel to an intelligence report hinting that the suspected internet fraudsters were organising a night party for Sunday, October 13, during which some of them intended to celebrate their loots.
A discreet operation on the club had earlier been carried out to ascertain the authenticity of the intelligence.
The confirmation, therefore, led to the mega raid effected this morning.
The suspects are currently undergoing further interrogation, and would be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.More photos below.
