 Nicole Kidman recalls the heartbreaking moment she found out her mom died Nicole Kidman has opened up about the heartbreaking moment she learned of her mother Janelle’s death just as she was about to accept a best actress award at the Venice International Film Festival.  The Babygirl star recalled being backstage when she received the news, saying she returned to her room “completely devastated” and unsure how she would move forward without her mother, who had been such a central part of her life. She described the “harrowing” attempt to leave Venice in the middle of the night to return to Australia, only to turn back, overwhelmed and alone.  Director Halina Reijn later read a statement on Kidman’s behalf, dedicating the award to Janelle and acknowledging the collision of art and life in that painful moment.      Engr Jude Igwemezie, a Nigerian engineer has won a $500 million contract to build a monorail network in Iraq.
Engr Jude Igwemezie’s company, TransGlobim International won the contract to construct a viable rail transportation network for Najaf, Iraq.
The Contract will be completed in 3 years by his Company.
Engr Igwemezie was quoted to have said that he had tried getting involved with Nigerian officials to construct several rail lines in the country in the last 18 months all to no avail. This he said frustrated him into looking elsewhere before he got the Iraq offer
