 Aguiyi Orders Investigation into Trans Nkisi Mining Site Over Environmental Compliance By Amaka Isikala The Anambra State Commissioner for Environment, Dr. Clem Aguiyi, has ordered an investigation into the environmental compliance status of a mining site at Trans Nkisi, Onitsha, following concerns over extensive land degradation and its possible contribution to the growing gully erosion threatening the community. The directive followed an inspection visit to the site on August 1, during which the commissioner was accompanied by leaders of the Trans Nkisi community. The visit formed part of the ministry's ongoing assessment of environmentally sensitive locations across the state in line with Governor Chukwuma Soludo's Fifth Pillar of Development, Environment and Urban Regeneration. ACTRESS ANGELA OKORIE SUFFERS SEVERE INJURY AFTER FALLING INTO AN OPEN DRAINAGE CLOSE TO A CLUB IN LAGOS.{PHOTOS}.

      Angela Okorie is currently in a hospital in Lagos nursing the serious injuries she sustained when she fell into an open drainage outside a club in Lagos state last night.
The actress and mum of one posted a video of herself on her sick bed and recounted what happened.
In her words:
Coming out of @clubquilox this morning I fell into the drainage at the car park. It was a bad experience, please quickly do something about those opened gutters before it kills someone ,
Other people might not have the Grace
To survive such incident
But I thank God For his grace over my life
Am doing this because it’s necessary
Not to talk down on the club
But for corrections to be made
So it doesn’t happen to some one else
