I call on the Chief of Army Staff not to allow the basterdization of the military by a desperate power monger. On our part we will defend our votes with the last drop of our blood. No responsible society will accept the barbaric culture of impunity and Satanism operating in Kogi state. Where hoodlums will go to a party office burn it up and no arrest or action taken. Even when the said office is less than 400 meters away from the police HQ.
The ballot will prove again that it is stronger than the bullet. With God on our side we (Kogites) will sing a new song.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
