 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. GRATIFICATION: EFCC ARRAIGNS TWO JUDICIAL STAFF.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     The EFCC, Kano Zonal Office today, November 12, 2019 arraigned the duo of Ado Shehu and Ali Muhammad before Justice Amina A. Aliyu of the Kano State High Court on a three count charge bordering on theft and receiving gratification. The complainant had alleged that one Williams Aondo, who was then a staff of Skye Bank, conspired with one Ado, a staff of Sharia Court, Kano State and instituted a civil action claiming the complainant was late, after they noticed a lull in transactions on his account for several years, not knowing that he was alive and well in Saudi Arabia. The petitioner also alleged that the Court, acting upon the information presented before it by the said Ado Shehu and Ali Muhammad, ordered his account to be closed and N1,255,728.00 that was in the account be remitted to it for distribution to his supposed legal heirs.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
