OSUN CHALLENGES COURT ORDER FREEZING STATE ACCOUNTS The Osun State Government has filed an application before the Federal High Court, Lagos, seeking to set aside the September 9, 2026 ex-parte order freezing the State’s accounts, alleging that the order was procured by deceit and concealment of material facts by Gamji Nigeria Company Limited.  The application, filed on October 2, also argues that the order does not accord with public policy and that the arbitration award it seeks to enforce is being challenged by the State Government.
