 UN says 53 Congolese refugees have died in Burundi More than 50 refugees fleeing fighting in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo have died in neighbouring Burundi, the United Nations Refugee Agency told Reuters late on Friday. Of a total 53 deaths recorded, 25 people died due to a cholera outbreak, the agency said, while six others died from anemia and other complications related to malnutrition, it said. The U.N. said it was working with the health ministry and other partners to investigate the cause of the other deaths. More than 100,000 Congolese have sought refuge in Burundi since fighting near the border intensified in early December and rebels seized the town of Uvira, the UNHCR said. Jean Jacques Purusi, governor of South Kivu province where Uvira is located, described the situation in Burundi as "misery" and "a crisis completely forgotten by the international community and media." POLICE ARRESTS ABUJA PASTOR FOR SELLING ANOINTING OIL FOR N1M PER BOTTLE.{PHOTO}.

      The Nigerian Police Force on Saturday, December 28 has arrested the founder and president of Jesus Deliverance Ministry in Abuja, Pastor Shola Akande who allegedly selling anointing oil to his Church members for one million Naira per bottle.
According to the man of God, the power in the oil can make a poor man a millionaire in less than one month, it can heal any sickness, it can raise the dead and it works signs and wonders.
He further said that he is not forcing anyone to but, it is all about choice, but those who chose to buy will gain it hundred times.
Many Christians in Nigeria condemned the activity, they said that selling anointing oil is not Biblical, there is no where you can find in the Bible where the Apostles sold anointing oil.
According to one of the members, some people bought 2 bottles which is two Million Naria, while some bought more than that for their friends.
The man of God is among wealthy pastors in Nigeria, he makes more than 20 Million Naria every Sunday.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
