 UK secondary schools will start screening Netflix’s hit show Adolescence as part of a government-sponsored program to teach students about the dangers of misogyny.  The show, praised for its sensitive portrayal of complex issues, will be used in classrooms to spark discussions about harmful online influences. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who watched the series with his teenage children, said it was a powerful tool to help young people navigate modern challenges. Starmer emphasized the importance of addressing the content young people consume and the conversations they have with their peers. He stated that by listening to young people and charities, society can better understand and tackle the issues raised in the show. POLICE OPERATIVES NABBED ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECT WHO SPECIALISES IN SNATCHING TRICYCLE (KEKE).{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     On the 28/11/2019 at about 02:30 am while on routine patrol,Police operatives attached to Ozubulu Division in conjunction with Vigilante group intercepted one Ikechukwu Eze 'm' aged 21 years of Okpuneme village Umudim, Nneni with a tricycle (Keke-Napep)bearing plate number PHC 541 QV.
2. Search was conducted on the tricycle leading to the recovery of one Pump Action gun and Seven live cartridges.
3. Investigation revealed that suspect allegedly snatched the Keke at gunpoint from one Munachi Dike 'm' of Awada Obosi at Onitsha Owerri Expressway before Oba junction.
4. Consequently, suspect has confessed to the crime voluntarily and would be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.
5. The Commissioner of Police CP John B.Abang,fdc urges keke and motorcycle riders to always be careful of the passengers they pick especially at nights and in isolated areas in order not to fall victims of Keke or motorcycle snatching syndicates, please.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
