 Portable apologises to Saheed Osupa, shows off new look after release Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly tendered an apology to Fuji music icon, Saheed Osupa, following his recent arrest and brief remand in a correctional facility. The charges stemmed from a series of online statements he made about the veteran Fuji singer. BURNT VICTIM WHO SURVIVED A GAS EXPLOSION SHARES PHOTOS OF HER AMAZING TRANSFORMATION.{PHOTOS}.

     A burn victim who survived a gas explosion has shared photos of her transformation to celebrate her birthday.
Yinka Matthews suffered the burn on June 8, 2013, when a gas cylinder in her kitchen exploded when she was trying to cook.
Her body was badly burned in the fire and she was in a coma for 2 days. When she regained consciousness, she contemplated suicide and begged the doctor to inject her with a substance that'll kill her.
Today, she's well and her skin shows no signs of the burns she once suffered.
Sharing photos of what she looked like lying on her hospital bed shortly after the gas explosion and other photos of what she looks like now,
She wrote:
I have posted a lot of my burns pictures but I never had the courage to post the first picture after the gas explosion! Today I summon the courage to post my Testinomy in full. I survived what someone actually planned and wishes me but today I’m stronger braver and a inspiration. This picture is evidence that there is a God that still do wonders! As I celebrate another Birthday I say thank you to my Lord Jesus who despite all my imperfections have loved me perfectly! Happy Birthday Queen OLayinka!

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
