 Usman Emerges Labour Party National Chairman, Makes History as First Woman to Lead Party The Labour Party on Tuesday elected Nenadi Usman as its National Chairman at the party’s national convention held in Umuahia, Abia State. With her emergence, Usman becomes the first woman to be elected National Chairman of a political party in Nigeria. Usman had previously been appointed to head the party’s National Caretaker Committee on September 4, 2024, during a National Executive Committee meeting in Umuahia, following a leadership vacuum created by the expiration of the tenure of the former National Working Committee. She led the party through a period of internal disputes, with her leadership later affirmed by both the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal in rulings delivered in January and April 2026 respectively.      President Muhammadu Buhari felicitates with Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, First Bank, Dr Adesola Adeduntan, on his award of Distinguished Alumnus of the Year by Cranfield School of Management, United Kingdom.The President believes the award is a vote of confidence on Nigerian professionals, many of who rank among the very best in the world.
The fact that Cranfield School of Management is giving Adeduntan the award because he “exemplifies the values of the school,” and serves as “role model to students and potential students,” President Buhari believes, is an endorsement that should make every Nigerian proud.
Adeduntan attended Cranfield School of Management in 2004 as British Chevening Scholar. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Banking of Nigeria (CIBN) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
