 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. NANS COMMENDS EFCC FOR SAVING KWARA FROM CORRUPT POLITICIANS.{PHOTOS}.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     The Kwara State Chapter of the National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS, has declared their support for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC in the ongoing fight against corruption in Nigeria.
The Chairman of NANS in Kwara State, Comrade Salam Wasiu made the declaration on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 when he led the Executive Members of the Student Body on a courtesy visit to the Ilorin Zonal Office of the Commission.
Wasiu praised the Ilorin Zonal Office of the Commission for its efforts in bringing sanity to Kwara State.
He said: "The National Association of Nigerian Students, Kwara State Chapter is very happy and grateful to your Office for fighting corruption in this State, we are following your activities, we heard about the fresh over two hundred million naira cash recovery for the State Government from treasury looters, this your efforts are commendable.".More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
