A video showing one Miss Opemiposi Precious BOLAJI, an 18 year old 100L Mass Communication student beating her colleague identified as Miss Gloria AJAYI, a 100L Mass Communication student, in a private hostel outside the University campus has gone viral. In accordance with our institution's policies and extant regulations, the students who were captured in the viral video, appeared  before the Students' Disciplinary Committee at its emergency meeting held on Monday, May 6, 2024 for interrogations and appropriate recommendations, the report of which has been submitted to the University authorities. SHOPS DESTROYED AS FIRE GUTS JABI MOTOR PARK TODAY IN ABUJA.{PHOTOS}.

Many shops were destroyed when fire gutted some sections of Jabi motor Abuja on Friday.
The cause of the fire cannot be ascertained at the time of this report but men of the FCT fire service have arrived the scene .
The incident, which started at 10:12am, led to chaos as passengers and motorists scampered for safety.
The situation got worst when the fire spread to a shop where car batteries and car gas were being sold, causing more havoc .
As time of filing this report, FCT fire fighters have arrived the scene and are battling to put out the fire.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
