 EFCC Arraigns One for Alleged N6.8m Fraud in Abuja The Abuja Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, arraigned one Idris Gana Mohammed before Justice A M Abdullahi of the High Court of Federal Capital Territory, Maitama,  Abuja.  The defendant was arraigned on a one- count charge bordering on criminal misappropriation and obtaining money by false pretence to the tune of N6, 850,000.00 (Six Million, Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand, Naira only ). Count one of the charge reads. “That you Idris Gana Mohammed sometimes between 10th and 13th June 2026, at Abuja, within the jurisdiction of this honorable court, dishonestly converted to your personal use the aggregate sum of N6, 850,000.00 (Six Million, Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand only), being payment for a black Toyota Camry from Ampatech Nigeria Limited and hereby committed an offence contrary to Section 308 of Panel code law of the FCT and punishable und...

PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER ARRESTED AFTER HAVING SEX WITH HER STUDENT IN EKPOMA,EDO STATE.{PHOTO}.

     A primary school teacher identified as Esosa reportedly had sex with one of her underage students, police said Was arrested last week Wednesday in Ekpoma In Edo State and charged with sexual contact with a student by a school district

employee.

Police said Esosa had sex with the unidentified student between March 2 and March 9 in a home

Although authorities did not specify whose home it was, or the gender of the student she is accused of abusing.Prosecutors said Esosa who taught primary 2 Gold mind  High School, confessed to having sexxwith the student

Esosa resigned from the Gold mind high school She resigned her position Sunday evening, and the school board accepted resignation

The reporter added the principal of Gold mind high school said Esosa described her self as Jesus follower.

The Edo  state public relations officer said the Culprit will be charged to court as soon as the investigations are concluded.

And the police officers said parents should create time for there children and be more watchful.
