 Nicole Kidman recalls the heartbreaking moment she found out her mom died Nicole Kidman has opened up about the heartbreaking moment she learned of her mother Janelle’s death just as she was about to accept a best actress award at the Venice International Film Festival.  The Babygirl star recalled being backstage when she received the news, saying she returned to her room “completely devastated” and unsure how she would move forward without her mother, who had been such a central part of her life. She described the “harrowing” attempt to leave Venice in the middle of the night to return to Australia, only to turn back, overwhelmed and alone.  Director Halina Reijn later read a statement on Kidman’s behalf, dedicating the award to Janelle and acknowledging the collision of art and life in that painful moment.      CELEBRATION OF EGWU IMOKA FESTIVAL 2020
Before the press release by the Anambra State Government {ANSG} on the celebration of Egwu Imoka Festival 2020,His Imperial Majesty,Obi of Awka,Eze Uzu III,Obi Dr. Austin Chukwueugo Ndigwe,MON,JP,had instructed all the 33 Villages of  Awka,The Eze Imoka,Ezenas,and NDU OMENaNA Awka,to abide by the Federal Government's and the Anambra State Government rules.Regulation s and guidelines,in celebrating the 2020 Egwu Imoka Festival,so that Awka People and non-indigenes in Awka will survive the corona-virus pandemic.
Egwu Imoka festival 2020 will not involve the youths and masquerades for this year.They are all staying at home to celebrate because of the corona-virus pandemic.
His imperial Majesty,Obi Eze Uzu III,points out that only the Eze Imoka ,The Ezeanas,and Ndu Omenana Awka,will be at the Opueke on 29-05-2020 to dothe necessary spiritual cleansing and clear the way for Good things to be happeining in and to Awka naso Enwe.
Egwu Imoka Festival 2020 will hold,applying social distancing,the wearing of face mask and other guidelines given by the ANSG.
