 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. *FOUND CHILD WHO WAS EXPOSED TO MORAL DANGER*
On the 4/6/2020 one Favour Obu 'f' aged about 10 years from Okija in Anambra State was found wandering at Upper Iweka and brought to the State Police Command headquarters Awka by a good samaritan.
According to the found Child she is in primary three at ST Anthony School Okija and that her aunt which she stay with in Okija allegedly put her inside a car from Okija after which she was dropped in Onitsha .
Inview of the foregoing,you are kindly requested to dessiminate this massage through your medium to enable the biological parents who according to the child lives in Igbo-ukwu or her close relatives identify her.
Anyone with useful information about the found child should report at Okija Divisional Police Station or contact PPRO Anambra State Police Command through GSM no 08060970639, please.
