 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.        According to the people that knows better about the story, we were told that the blind husband of the woman died yesterday morning but the woman locked up the dead body(without telling anyone) and went away with all her belongings then went to the bank and withdraw 500k they got from the land they sold..
There's many fingers pointing at her for being responsible for the man death
This morning she returns with a coffin to carry the man, but unfortunately for her the kindred caught her and ask her to carry the coffin to her father house....
According to people, the woman behave abnormal
But the question is how can an abnormal person lock 🔐 up a dead body for 24hrs, went to the bank to withdraw 500k and return with coffin??.One more photo below.
