 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. FATAL MOTOR VEHICLES ACCIDENT CLAIMED THE LIFE OF A MIDDLE AGED MAN IN ONITSHA TODAY.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     Today being Friday 5/6/2020 at about 8:30am a Prado Jeep with Registration No.UWN 227 PE driven by one Tochukwu Onyejekwe 'm' aged 26 years of New auto spare parts Nkpor loss control of his car while driving along Enugu/Onitsha Expressway by old defunct NITEL Onitsha.As a result,the jeep knocked down the driver of a shuttle bus with registration number AWK 279 XJ one Osita Ekpere 'm' and hit three other shuttle busses before crashing into the drainage.
Police operatives attached to CPS Onitsha quickly mobilised to the scene and rushed the victim to Toronto hospital where he was confirmed dead on arrival by a medical doctor on duty.
Meanwhile,corpse was deposited at the mortuary for postmortem Examination and obstruction cleared to enable free flow of traffic.Suspect arrested and case under Investigation to ascertain circumstances surrounding the incident.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
