 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. FATAL MOTOR/PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT CLAIMED THE LIFE OF A MIDDLE AGED MAN WHOSE IDENTITY IS YET TO BE ASCERTAINED.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE

     On the 29/5/2020 at about 10:30am,along Oba-Nnewi old Road,a Mitsubishi L300 bus with REG.NO AFZ 71 XA driven by one Sunday Igwe 'm' of No:24 Ikwo street Ugwuagba Obosi in Idemili North LGA of Anambra State loss control and knocked down a middle aged man whose identity is not yet known.As a result,victim became unconscious.
Police operatives attached to Oba Division visited the scene and rushed victim to the hospital where he was certified dead on arrival by a medical doctor on duty.Corpse deposited at the gateway mortuary for postmortem Examination and preservation.
Meanwhile,the driver was arrested and obstruction cleared to enable free flow of traffic in the area.
However,efforts to locate the relatives of the victim proved abortive since the date of the accident.In view of the foregoing,the Command urged the public whose relations got missing and matched above description to report at Oba Police Station for possible identification and claim of the victim please.
