 STATEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE   President Tinubu Reconstitutes the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission   President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of the Board of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), following the Senate's confirmation of its members on December 16.   Members of the reconstituted Board are:   • Mulisiu Olalekan Oseni, PhD. — Chairman   Dr Oseni started his service as a Commissioner in January 2017. He was subsequently appointed Vice Chairman of the Commission.   His appointment as Chairman took effect from 1 December 2025 and shall subsist until the completion of his ten-year tenure at the Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2023.   • Yusuf Ali, PhD. — Vice Chairman   Dr Ali was first appointed as a Commissioner in February 2022.     A 24 years old maid Identified as Esther Emmanuel has been arrested by River State Police Command over the immoral act she has been engaged with 4 Years Old boy who is her employer’s son.
According to bloogify who reported that, it was revealed that this lady in question returned from Canada 3 month ago to live with the family but along the line she was caught molesting her employer’s son who is just 4years old.
It was reported that the boy reveals that the lady in question will tell him to put his thing inside her own thing and put his mouth.
The boy added that she’s always play with organs anytime she baths him or whenever she’s alone with him and warned if he discloses it to anyone that “ojuju” (witches) will appear to him and they will kill him.
Esther’s secret was revealed when the boy disclosed their affairs to the doctor after he was taken to the hospital due to the pains the boy has started developing in his private organ.
