 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. 113 NEWLY PROMOTED POLICE OFFICERS IN ANAMBRA WERE DECORATED TODAY.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

 The Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command *CP John B.Abang,fdc* has today, 29th July, 2020 decorated One hundred and thirteen(113) newly promoted Police Officers from the Inspectorate to ASP cadre at the State Command Headquarters, Awka
The decoration ceremony was done following the recent promotion of 6,601 personnel of the Nigeria Police Force throughout the Federation.
The ceremony was attended by the Command management team and relations of the newly promoted officers.The promotion is in line with IGP's determination towards boosting the morale of Police personnel for effective service delivery. It is also based on merit, seniority and dedication to duty.
In his address, the Commissioner Of Police *CP John B.Abang,fdc* congratulates the beneficiaries on behalf of the Inspector-general of Police *IGP Mohammed Abubakar Adamu,NPM,mni* and urged the officers to reciprocate the gesture done to them by redoubling their efforts towards fighting crimes and exhibiting high professionalism, civility to members of the public and respect for human rights.
Meanwhile, among the beneficiaries are ASP Amaoge Ann Okoye In charge of Confidential office,SHQ Awka,ASP Umoru Ejima attached to Department of Operations SHQ Awka and W/ASP Chinenye Ochiobi attached to Aguata Division
Responding on behalf of the newly promoted officers W/ASP Amaoge Ann Okoye thanked the IGP and the Police Service Commission for finding them worthy of the promotion and also promised to redouble their efforts towards serving the Nation with integrity.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
