 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. POLICE NAB ANOTHER SUSPECT FOR ALLEGEDLY DEFILING A MINOR IN IHIALA,ANAMBRA STATE.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE

    On the 12/7/2020 at about 8:pm Police operatives attached to Uli Division arrested one Chinonso Ugochukwu 'm' aged 28 years (aka NEPA) of Ndikokwu Umuaku Uli in Ihiala LGA of Anambra State.
Suspect lured a 5 years of girl into his room and allegedly defiled her.Scene was visited by police detectives and victim taken to the hospital for medical examination.
Meanwhile,the Commissioner of Police *CP John B.Abang,fdc* has directed that the case be transferred to the State Criminal investigation Department,Awka for discreet investigation after which suspect would be charged to court for prosecution please.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
