 Set designer Mary Kate Golding found dead in Queens home as police investigate possible murder-suicide Police are investigating the deaths of television set designer Mary Kate Golding and her husband after the 34-year-old was found fatally stabbed inside her Queens home. According to the New York Police Department, officers responded shortly after midnight on Tuesday, July 21, to a residence in Astoria, where they found Golding with a fatal stab wound to her back. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Several hours later, at about 6:39 a.m., officers responded to a separate 911 call reporting an unconscious person near Astoria Park South and Shore Boulevard. Police found an unresponsive man in the park, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. An NYPD source identified the man as Joseph Azzaretto, Golding's husband. Five children of same father killed in Katsina bomb explosion, six ...
     No fewer than six persons, believed to be farmers, died in a bomb blast, which rocked Yan Mama village, 15 kilometers to Malumfashi town in Katsina state on Saturday morning.
Seven others were said to be lying unconscious at the General Hospital Malumfashi after the incident, which occured around 9am.
An eye witness told The Nation the victims, numbering about 16, were in their farms when the bomb exploded.
He said one of them, Hussaini Mai- Kwai, had retired to a corner of the farm to pay his workers when the bomb went off
According to him: ’’It happened around 9am on Saturday at Yan Mama village, which is 15 km to Malumfashi town.
‘’They were sixteen victims, six have already died, seven are unconscious in the hospital receiving medical attention while three others sustained minor injuries.’’.One more photo below.
