 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. SIX KILLED IN KATSINA BOMB BLAST.{PHOTOS}.

Five children of same father killed in Katsina bomb explosion, six ...
     No fewer than six persons, believed to be farmers, died in a bomb blast, which rocked Yan Mama village, 15 kilometers to Malumfashi town in Katsina state on Saturday morning.
Seven others were said to be lying unconscious at the General Hospital Malumfashi after the incident, which occured around 9am.
An eye witness told The Nation the victims, numbering about 16, were in their farms when the bomb exploded.
He said one of them, Hussaini Mai- Kwai, had retired to a corner of the farm to pay his workers when the bomb went off
According to him: ’’It happened around 9am on Saturday at Yan Mama village, which is 15 km to Malumfashi town.
‘’They were sixteen victims, six have already died, seven are unconscious in the hospital receiving medical attention while three others sustained minor injuries.’’.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
