 BENUE ASSEMBLY PASSES FORESTRY, MINING COMMISSION BILL TO BOOST ECONOMY, ENVIRONMENT  The Benue State House of Assembly has passed into law a bill establishing a Forestry, Mines and Solid Minerals Commission, marking a significant step toward economic diversification and environmental protection. The move is expected to strengthen regulation in the state’s resource sector while addressing concerns around sustainability and local benefits. The bill scaled third reading during plenary presided over by Speaker Rt. Hon. Berger Alfred Emberga. It followed a detailed report by the House Committee on Lands, Survey, Solid Minerals, and Environment. Lawmakers say the new commission will coordinate the exploration and management of forest and mineral resources without clashing with federal agencies. FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT CLAIMED ONE LIFE IN AGULU,ANAOCHA LGA OF ANAMBRA STATE TODAY.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE

   Obstruction cleared and free flow of traffic restored*

On the14/8/2020 at about 5:30am a Mack Truck with REG number RUM 646 XA driven by yet to be identified person and laden with Diesel loss control while trying to negotiate a sharp bend near Agulu lake bridge and crashed inside the bush.As a result,the diesel spilled on the ground and the truck conductor (name yet unknown) whose body was dismembered following the accident died on the spot .

Police operatives led by DPO Neni Division SP Asadu Uche and other Sister Security Agencies quickly mobilised to the scene and cordoned off the Area to prevent catastrophe.Fire Service was equally on ground to prevent fire outbreak.

Meanwhile,Victim was taken to ST Joseph Hospital where he was certified dead by a medical doctor and corpse deposited at the mortuary for preservation.

Consequently,obstruction was cleared to enable free flow of traffic in the area and investigation is ongoing to ascertain circumstances surrounding the incident.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
