 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event. To ease parking challenges, designated car parks have been arranged for public use, these include; the Yoruba Lawn Tennis Club Car Park, Zone 2 Car Park (opposite Island Club along King George V Road), Museum Kit...

     A video of a Nigerian man weeping and rolling in the mud after his girlfriend rejected his marriage proposal has been shared online.

According to reports, the incident happened inside a market in Owerri, Imo state.
According to sources,the maan is identified as Ekeh Nnamdi rolled in the mud after his lover Miss Charity Odunze rejected his proposal at Relief Market,Owerri,Imo State,Nigeria.Mr Ekeh who is a bricklayer while speaking to journalists said from his little income that he trained Miss Charity inthe university only to be dumped after five years.Ekeh advised mem to use their money for gambling than investing it in any woman.Ekeh also stated that Miss Charity was the 3rd woman to treat him in such mannar,he concluded that majority of women out there are fraudsters who sees relationship as opportunity to dupe innocent men.
In the video, the lady could be seen shouting at the man after she refused his proposal. The heartbroken man prostrated on the floor as he pleaded with her to accept his proposal.More photos below.

    Interesting! How on Earth do you expect a graduate to marry a common break layer. They are not in the same level. Even though she accept to marry him, the marriage may not last because of her exposure. If you want to train a lady in University, make sure you are also a master degree

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
