 PEDRO INAUGURATES 114 LOCAL GOVERNMENT FOCAL PERSONS, LNSC DESK OFFICERS AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Lawal Pedro, SAN, has inaugurated 114 Local Government Focal Persons and Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC) Anti-Human Trafficking Desk Officers for the Lagos State Task Force Against Human Trafficking, underscoring the State’s commitment to combating human trafficking at the grassroots level. The inauguration, held on Monday at the DMO Office, Alausa, Ikeja, is part of the strategic efforts of the Lagos State Government under the leadership of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu to strengthen prevention, early detection, and response mechanisms at the Local Government level. The ongoing protest in the country has led to loss of lives and properties.Many people use this opportunity to do what has been on their mind for so long.People are now diverting their focus from protesting, now they are out destroying properties.
Popular Nollywood actress,Uche Elendu has cried out on social media stating that her shop which was worth over 100 million naira has been looted by Hoodlums.According to her,the sad incident happened on the 21st of October.
She shared the pictures from her empty and vandalized shop on her official Instagram page.She also made it known that the shop was her investment from all her years of hard work and struggle and now it's all gone under one day
She wrote "I was trying to get myself to recover from the heartbreak of innocent lives lost
during the protest , now my hard work and investment is gone..looted by the same people we are fighting for...oh lord strengthen me".
